There is a surcharge + 200 Kč for each session in English because counseling in foreign language requires more effort for us.
The order is mutually binding. By ordering, a time reservation contract is created. The contract can also be made by an oral agreement. The client pays for the services on the spot or, in the case of an online form, they are sent an invoice to be paid directly to the specified account with a variable symbol.
The possibility to cancel a booked session free of charge is 36 hours in advance. If the date is cancelled later, the client must pay for the session in full.
Centrum Hladina s.r.o. is not a medical facility, it is not in a contractual relationship with health insurance companies. Service providers are not obliged to keep client records and provide client records to other institutions for inspection. The confidentiality and anonymity of clients outside the centre is fully guaranteed.
